VIRTUAL SUPPORT

We install the projects directly into our clients data collectors and machine control systems. This eliminates the hassles of the client having to go to his email, get the files, come back to the site and physically put them in each machine.

We can answer any site question, or questions on the clients GPS system or machine control unit virtually. When the client or operator calls with a question, we log onto his machine and solve the issue, usually in seconds.

SITE SETUP AND CALIBRATION

We put control right in the list that our clients request from the engineer early in the process. Once it is received, we make sure it looks good, and create a setup file for the client so the calibration can be tested in advance. We can even do the calibration for the client virtually. The client only needs to walk to bars and hold the rod. We teach the client how to read his residuals to ensure his site is correct and when to call the engineers to request better data if the residuals do not look good.

During site meetings with the engineers present who wish to make a change, our client can call us to look at the change requested just like we were there in the meeting. Often the change is done and back in the clients data collector before the meeting is done.
